We are keen to purchase further commercial property assets and provide below a brief outline of our requirements. The list is not definitive and all opportunities will be considered on there own merits.

1. High yielding industrial investments  – Lot sizes from £2m to £10m

2. High yielding office investments – Lot sizes from £2m to £10m

3. Single and multi-let opportunities considered

4. Part vacant or short/mid term lease expiries accepted

5. Properties in need of refurbishment/TLC

6. Properties with potential to add value through active asset management

7. Ideally located within close proximity to major regional centres throughout the UK

Fees

We gladly pay introductory fees to agents where appropriate and we are happy to consider incentivised fees and retain agents ongoing in respect of individual schemes. It is our belief that our advisors/agents should share in our success.
